Over £2000 was raised by the Camberley Committee at a lunch attended by 100 ladies at Pennyhill Park Hotel, Bagshot recently. After a champagne reception the ladies sat down to a delicious three course lunch with wine. Glen Sharman the Hotel's Pastry Demi Chef de Partie wowed the ladies by demonstrating the making of the chocolate themed dessert. The dessert consisted of Chocolate pannacotta, chocolate shortbread. cocoa nib crispy and Tonka bean ice cream and recipes were handed out to all the ladies to practice their culinary skills at home. A raffle took place with prizes generously donated by local companies and Pennyhill Park Hotel.
