A big thank you to Archdeacon Cambridge School in Twickenham, who decided to support Macmillan Cancer Support after Liz Waite from the Twickers Mcknitters presented a knitted Nativity. This was kindly made by Teresa Belloli of Isleworth.
The Twickers Mcknitters are a group of nine friends who have known each other for over 40 years. They meet up fortnightly to knit crochet and sew goods to sell in aid of Macmillan, and have raised over £6400 to date. The group was set up by Liz Waite from Hounslow.
Archdeacon Cambridge School have raised a fantastic £929 after collecting at their school nativity plays, which will go a long way in supporting those affected by cancer.
