Gloucester Macmillan Fundraising Manager Catherine North accepts the £100 cheque from Gloucester Dunelm Store Manager Helen Hale
Dunelm Mill has donated £100 to 100 local charities throughout the UK - with Macmillan Cancer Support being the charity of choice for its Gloucester store!
The soft furnishings specialist made the donations to celebrate the opening of their 100th store on Centrum Retail Park, Cheltenham. Each of the 100 stores selected a charity in their local area to be gifted with a £100 cheque. Dunelm Mill in Gloucester nominated Macmillan as its chosen charity, with the cheque being presented by Store Manager, Helen Hale, on Thursday 14 January.
Will Adderley, Dunelm Mill Chief Executive, said:
‘It’s always a great feeling to open a new store and it’s extra special with our 100th store. It’s a real landmark for us and we wanted to mark the event by doing something positive for local charities.’
