Margaret Champley raises over £3,000 to thank Macmillan for the support they received for their daughter Kirsten.
When Kirsten was diagnosed with bladder cancer at the age of 17 Macmillan were there to support her. Kirsten has had the cancer removed and has now been in remission for five months and is back to work as a hairdresser.
Margaret decided to raise funds for Macmillan through a line dancing evening and they hoped to raise £200. They never imagined that it would be the success it was; raising over £3,000.
