Kernow Four
Well done to the Kernow 4 (Jamie Reed, Steve Burley, Andy Holmes and Tania Stait) who all completed the New York Marathon recently and have so far raised an incredible £11,000!
It is a tremendous achievement for the team, as Jamie is the only one who has run a marathon before. For the past year the Kernow Four have been training hard as well as raising the money, plus managing to squeeze in a small thing like jobs!
They have worked so well and organised such diverse events as 'Men in Pants' (trying to break the world record for the number of people in their underpants in a room at once), as well as store collections and gigs.
