Oscar the owl raises over £11,000 for Macmillan

Mr Almadi and Oscar the owl

Oscar the owl and his owner, Mr Almadi have raised £11,218 for Macmillan over the last four years. Most weekends Mr Almadi takes Oscar out to various car boot sales and fayres.

Mr Almadi said:

'Everyone is always so pleased to see Oscar and they are quiet happy to pay a donation for this treat! Many of my friends have had cancer so I decided to support Macmillan to give a little back for the support my friends had received.'
