Join Team Macmillan for the London to Brighton Challenge

2. You have the following information to hand for yourself and any team members you are registering:

Full name
Email address
Telephone number (mobile)
Next of Kin details (including name and contact telephone)
Nominated charity
T-shirt size
Valid debit/credit card to make the appropriate registration payment

If you are registering as a team you will be required to complete all fields of mandatory information for all team members and also pay the applicable registration fee in full for the team.

The registration form will ask you to input your email address to start the registration process and select whether you are entering as an individual, three, four, five, or six-man team.
