There are several ways to pay in your sponsorship money. Whichever method you choose it is important that you remember to send us your completed score card and sponsor forms to:
The Longest Day Golf Challenge 2012, National Events, Macmillan Cancer Support, 89 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7UQ.
Please do not pay money in at any other bank, as Macmillan may have to pay a charge and could even have difficulty tracing your payment.
If you are unable to get to a bank to pay your money in, don't worry – you can send cheques to Macmillan directly.
Make your cheques payable to 'Macmillan Cancer Support' and send them to:
The Longest Day Golf Challenge 2012 National Events Macmillan Cancer Support 89 Albert Embankment London SE1 7UQ
Remember to include your paying-in slip, and write your team name and team captain's name on the back of the cheque. Please do not send cash by post.
If your employer has agreed to match all/part of your donation, please email the Macmillan Golf Team |at with the following information:
Team reference number; team captain's name; the employer company name; the amount of the donation, the est. date of payment and the name of the team member who the donation is being matched for.
This will help us to track the donation so that we can attribute the funds to your team total as soon as possible.
If you are in touch with your local Macmillan fundraising committee, please do not pay your sponsorship money in through them. We will be unable to attribute this money to you and it won't go towards your final total.
