We feel that in order to complete the ultimate challenge you shouldn't use golf buggies, we do however appreciate that this isn't always suitable if your course is exceptionally long or you are playing in extreme temperatures outside the UK.
Yes. Scoring is the best two stableford scores in the team per hole, with full handicap allowance. Active and inactive handicaps will be accepted.
Yes, absolutely. Please note that if your team were to get through to the finals competition, the player would be required to have their handicaps validated and a certificate obtained.
Yes, you can still register. Just simply fill in the results form with your scores from the first 72 holes played and we will enter your scores into the challenge competition.
In order to save time you should play off the forward tees (men - yellow, ladies - red).
All captains will be sent an event pack in March 2012. The pack will contain event guidelines, sponsor forms and a paying in slip.

For the third year running the finals competition was held at the prestigious Boavista Golf Resort, Western Algarve, Portugal. We are currently planning the 2012 competition, check back later for further details.

The Macmillan Longest Day Golf Challenge has been a genuinely rewarding experience on many levels and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
