You can hold your own picnic anywhere - in your back garden, in the local park, wherever you want - the possibilites are endless. All you have to do is decide when and where you want to have your picnic and invite your family and friends along. Here are our some of our favourite spots for holding your Big Picnic.
Take your friends camping and cook a picnic over a campfire. Don't forget your guitar.
Have a picnic under the Milky Way. Remember to bring a constellation guide so you can identify all the stars.
Glastonbury. The Isle of Wight. Glyndebourne. Whichever festival you go to this summer, make sure you take a Big Picnic hamper.
Create hampers for your friends to take to Royal Ascot, Wimbledon or the footie. Ask for a tasty donation for the gorgeous grub.
You don't need to travel far to have a fabulous picnic. You can easily transform your space into a picnic oasis with gingham tableclothes, deck chairs, and a tempting spread of food and drink. Invite your neighbours and start a summer tradition.
Pack a picnic and travel in style. How about dining out on a river cruise, in a hot air balloon or a horse drawn carriage?
Perfect if it rains. Spread out a tablecloth, throw down some cushions, pile on the picnic goodies and tuck in.
Whatever your passion is, why not incorporate a picnic, lunch or BBQ in to your regular activity? You'll get a chance to get to know your members in a more relaxed setting without having to rush on to something else.
If you feel you are too busy to take time out, or wish you had time to catch up with friends or colleagues, why not get together with your team mates to buy finger foods for a picnic surprise? Stake out a spot in the canteen or a nearby space.
Take time out to relax and muck about with your friends at a local park. Pack lots of delicious food and drink, grab a frisbee or cricket set, and enjoy some old fashioned fun and games with your mates, all the while creating wonderful summer memories.
Children have a lot of fun at picnics. Enjoy watching their faces as you unpack their favourite treats. Get together with fellow mums and watch your little ones play together while you enjoy catching up.
