The Macmillan Support Line helps people have more good days. Help us to raise money to provide more support line staff to support over two million people who are living with cancer in the UK today.
For £130 we can provide a Macmillan cancer information and support officer for a day. More people affected by cancer will have someone to talk to about their concerns. If you are able to help, please give a gift.|
In the UK today, over two million people are living with cancer. By 2030, that number will have grown to four million.
Currently, the Macmillan Support Line helps around 1,500 people a week. It’s a fantastic figure, but we want to help thousands more people who need support today, tomorrow and far into the future.
By giving a donation, you can help us do this. Your money will help us train more Macmillan cancer support specialists who work on the helpline and pay for the running costs of this vital service.
The Macmillan Support Line is Macmillan’s helpline for people affected by cancer. It’s free to ring from landlines and mobiles phones, and is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm.
People who ring the helpline are often upset because they or a loved one have been diagnosed with cancer. They usually call to ask a question, get support or simply just to chat.
