<p begin="00:00" end="00:00"></p>
<p begin="00:00" end="00:05"></p>
<p begin="00:05" end="00:07">Unfortunately with running, the harder you train</p>
<p begin="00:07" end="00:08">you are likely to get injured.</p>
<p begin="00:08" end="00:10">But you can try and prevent that.</p>
<p begin="00:10" end="00:14">As boring as it seems – warm up before you go for a run.</p>
<p begin="00:14" end="00:16">You may think ‘I’m going to warm up as I run’</p>
<p begin="00:16" end="00:17">but do a little bit of stretching.</p>
<p begin="00:17" end="00:20">Do five to ten minutes of good stretching and maybe a few little shuttle runs</p>
<p begin="00:20" end="00:22">before you go on your run</p>
<p begin="00:22" end="00:24">otherwise it’s such a shock to your system</p>
<p begin="00:24" end="00:26">that you won’t get your blood pumping and your heart rate high </p>
<p begin="00:26" end="00:27">before you go on your run.</p>
<p begin="00:27" end="00:29">Also, when you have finished your run</p>
<p begin="00:29" end="00:31">I hate having to do this, but warm down.</p>
<p begin="00:31" end="00:33">That’s really important.</p>
<p begin="00:33" end="00:35">You need to get your muscles nice and relaxed after your run</p>
<p begin="00:35" end="00:36">because otherwise if you don’t</p>
<p begin="00:36" end="00:40">you are going to wake up the next morning and your body will be aching.</p>
<p begin="00:40" end="00:42">So warm up and warm down.</p>
<p begin="00:42" end="00:47"></p>
