Are you visiting your partner or a close relative in hospital? If you receive Income Support, income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance, income-related Employment and Support Allowance or Pension Credit, you may be able to get help with travel costs from the Social Fund
If you receive Income Support|, income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance|, income-related Employment and Support Allowance| or Pension Credit|, you may be able to get help with travel costs from the Social Fund|.
Contact your local Jobcentre (or in Northern Ireland, your Social Security or Jobs and Benefits office) for form SF300, to claim a Community Care Grant from the Social Fund.
