The Isles of Scilly Travel Cost Scheme

On payment of a £5 booking fee, the NHS funds transport for for all Isles of Scilly residents to get to and from the mainland for hospital treatment.

How can I claim?

Ask your GP or the hospital you are visiting for a claim form.
