Fatigue is an overwhelming feeling of tiredness or exhaustion. It’s a common and frustrating problem for people with cancer. It’s also very common in people who are anxious or depressed. If your tiredness is due to anxiety or depression some of the self help| ideas may help you to feel less tired.
Tiredness may be due to the effects of treatment or the cancer itself, so it’s important to talk to your doctor about it.
