Scandi ice cream

Serves 4

Ingredients

280ml/10floz whipping cream
1 sachet Scandishake (choose your favourite flavour)

Instructions

Place the cream in a bowl.
Add the Scandishake and whisk until the cream begins to thicken.
Place in a freezer for 2-3 hours.
Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.

Dry or sore mouth

Problems chewing or swallowing

Loss of taste and smell
