Recovery is different for everyone and it depends on the treatment| they had. It will usually take some time to recover from treatment.
There may be physical changes in the way you look, and possibly changes in some of the most basic activities of daily life such as the way you speak|, or what you can eat|.
There will also be emotional changes to deal with so it’s important to give yourself time to adjust.
Support is available from our cancer support specialists| as well as other helpful organisations|.
For answers, support or just a chat, call the Macmillan Support Line free (Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm)
