Make time for what really matters this September by registering to host a World’s Biggest Coffee Morning and helping Macmillan Cancer Support raise over £15million for people affected by cancer.
This year Macmillan needs more people than ever before to get involved! Whether it’s a coffee morning at work, an afternoon tea party with the girls or a great British bake off - every donation will help Macmillan's ambition to ensure that no one has to face cancer alone.
Over the years, people around the world have gone to extreme lengths to make their coffee morning a success. Hosts have made time for a coffee whilst climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, trekking the Great Wall of China, swimming with sharks and one keen supporter even hosted a nudist coffee morning – all in aid of Macmillan!
At 23 years old, World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is not only Macmillan’s flagship fundraiser but it is the original and most successful charity fundraising event of its kind. In 2012, more than 5 million people around the UK hosted or attended a coffee morning, raising a record breaking £15million. More than one in three of us will get cancer in our lifetime and these valuable funds help Macmillan ensure that no one has to face the fight alone.
Visit www.coffee.macmillan.org.uk or call 0845 602 1246 or text COFFEE to 88080 to get your Coffee Morning Kit today.

Notes to Editors:
About Macmillan Cancer Support
More than half of us will get cancer. For most of us it will be the toughest fight we ever face. And the feelings of isolation and loneliness that so many people experience make it even harder.
But you don’t have to go through it alone. The Macmillan team is with you every step of the way.
We are the nurses and therapists helping you through treatment. The experts on the end of the phone. The advisers telling you which benefits you’re entitled to. The volunteers giving you a hand with the everyday things. The campaigners improving cancer care. The community there for you online, any time. The supporters who make it all possible.
Together, we are all Macmillan Cancer Support.
