Improving the quality of cancer care in primary care
For several years Macmillan Cancer Support has been instrumental in supporting the primary care community to develop initiatives and programmes which have a positive impact on the care of people affected by cancer – patients and their families and carers. This toolkit has been produced to maintain that support.
